Geothermal does cost more to install but the operating cost savings pays the cost difference, then its money in the bank. And there is no dust and dirt, carbon monoxide or fire concerns. Grace Geothermal not only helped educate us on geothermal, but also installed a great heating and cooling system. In fact, we put in a geothermal hot water heating system in our old farmhouse which uses radiators. When the new unit came out that not only would heat water, but also heat and cool air, we installed that unit to get air conditioning. We really like having the house cool when outside is over 90 degrees."

"Both my wife and I think the Geothermal heating and cooling system is really great. We have never before enjoyed a system that provided such a small degree-variance -- very evenly distributed.

We have found that we can be very comfortable at 72-73 degrees in the heating cycle, and 76-79 degrees in the cooling cycle.

Best of all we are really pleased with the "comfort" of knowing our total fuel usage bill is considerably less than our previous house, even though this house is larger!
